History
Following the demise of the SEPRA Dance and The Egg Trade Dinner, our founders, Tom Howie and Dennis Surgenor, wanted to create an event for all sectors of the poultry industry - a gathering where we could have a good chat and enjoyable night with like-minded friends. Therefore, in 1995, The Poultry Club of Scotland was initiated with the aim of organising an annual dinner event.
The inaugural dinners were held at The Huntingtower Hotel, Perth organised primarily by Dennis and his wife Muriel, the event was moved the event to the Dunblane Hydro where it has been successfully held ever since.
